He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos L. Stimer and Pauline Holt (Phillinger); his former wife Margaret L. Bonsell; his daughter Brenda Lowery; his granddaughter Stacy Leeper; his great grandchild Lily Miller; his brothers, Frank and John; his stepbrother Richard "Dick" Harlow; and his stepmother Ella Louise Shultz Stimer.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Clark; his children, Ralph Jr. (Donna) of Tyrone, Jeffrey (Barb) of Tyrone and Barbara Hoover of Tyrone; his grandchildren, Brandon, Donnie, Tabatha, Angela, Amanda, Nichole, Melissa, Heather, Elizabeth and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Skyler, Olivia, Bianca, Quinn, Harlin, Baylin, Andrew, Noah, Ireland, Victoria, Vincent, Garrett, Ryder, River and Iris Glo; and his sister Sara Mae Sharpless.
