She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Smith and Carolyn Smith (Wiggins). She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Hopkins; her daughters, Susan L. Teltow (Timothy) of Altoona, Wendy L. Gates (Brett) of Tyrone and Dawn M. Hopkins of Hollidaysburg; her grandchildren, Amanda, Richard Bonsell, Krista Beech and Bradley Hopkins; her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Bowen Beech and Paisley Hopkins; her siblings, Brian Smith (Chris) of Altoona and Deborah Tyler of Tyrone; and her sister-in-law Connie Baker of Tipton.
