She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward, Sr. and Mary Madeline Heller (Lucretia); and her siblings, George Heller, Helen McMonigal, Betty Woytowiez, Carol Shawley, Bernadine Daughenbaugh and Barbara Woodley.
She is survived by: her children, David Butterbaugh, Dorothy "Jean" Butterbaugh, Ron Butterbaugh (Georgia) of Tyrone and John Butterbaugh (Wendy) of Juniata, Altoona; and her grandchildren, Robert Butterbaugh of Allentown and Judy.
