He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Helen Sultage Sr. (Guerekovich). He is survived by: his wife Carole Sultage (Phipps); his daughters, Nicole Hahn and Christine Hutchison; his grandchildren, Evan Hutchison, Mitchell and Sarah Hahn; and his brother George Sultage.

Contributions in John's memory may be made to the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
