He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Feagley and Kathryn M. Feagley (Miller); and his wife Ruth E. Marsden. He is survived by: his children, Douglas J. Feagley of Germantown, MD and Laurel D. Coy of Altoona; and his siblings, Jean Becker, Barbara Worthy and James Ross Jr.. He is also survived by three granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
