He is survived by: his daughters, Hailey L. Evanskey of Houtzdale, Alissa D. Collins of Coalport, Kristen L. Leonard of Altoona and Samantha J. Gardner of Cleveland, OH.; his grandchildren, Jace, Jaxon, Madison, Shelby, Kayla, Braelyn, Natalie and Nolan; his siblings, Jim Evanskey of Lake Elsinore, CA., Marianne Schwartz of Lady Lake, FL, Tom Evanskey of Fallentimber and Richard Evanskey of Melbourne, FL.; and his close friend Sue Gardner of Tyrone. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
