We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022, at the age of 84, Gwendolyn R. Barrett of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes W. Kennedy and Helen Kennedy (Bonsell). She is survived by: her daughters, Debra LaRosa of Lewistown and Kim Shimmel (Dwight) of Tyrone; her stepchildren, Richard Barrett (Kristen) of Sinking Valley and Julie Ferner (Kevin) of Tyrone; and her siblings, Ronald Kennedy of Hollidaysburg and Janice Kennedy of Mount Joy. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
