He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brinkman and Louise Brinkman (Morgan); his siblings, Janice Woodring and John "Butch" Brinkman; and his nephew David Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn; his sons, Michael and Christopher Brinkman; his brothers, Barry (Cindy) of Pittsburgh and Fred Brinkman (Roxie) of Tyrone; his siblings-in-law, Gail Brinkman, Carol Shaw, Charlie and Leroy Lynn; his parents-in-law, Charles and Rachel Lynn; and his pet Macy.
