It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Conrad Sr. of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Conrad and Wilma Conrad (Friday); his brothers, Fred and Leslie; and his brother-in-law Gene Irvin.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mae (Miller); his children, Sandy Shultzaberger (Joel), Brenda Hanzir (Steve), Dana Hosko (Mike) and George Conrad (Kristy); his grandchildren, Allen Hosko (Kelly), Bethany Illig (Christopher), Stephen Hanzir, Allison Politza (Anthony), Michael Conrad and Diana Bowman (Bobby); his sisters, Jane Irvin and Sandy Thompson (Jeff); and his sisters-in-law, Catherine, Peggy Conrad, Bald Eagle Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that donations in George's memory be made to the church.
