He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John H. and Violet Fisher Sr. (Price); his wife Barbara Ann Harper; his sons, Daniel W. Fisher of Trappe, MD and David E. Fisher of Dover, DE; his grandchildren, William E. Fisher, Nicole Smith, Christina Nice and Dalton W. Fisher; and his siblings, Marguerite J. Ayers of Bald Eagle, Shirley J. Ieraci, E. Carolyn Smith, Marjorie F. Gillam, LeRoy J. Fisher and John H. Fisher, Jr.. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
