He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood T. Sr. Palmer and Dorothy A. Palmer (Russell); his wife Barbara A. Lynch; his children, Brenda Cherry (Dwayne) of Tipton, Karen Cherry (Paul Seitz) of East Berlin and John Palmer of Tyrone; his grandchildren, Jen Cherry, Katie Detwiler, Dwayne Cherry II (Mari), Laura Weaver (Dan), Elizabeth McCutcheon, Courtney Montgomery (Shawn) and Megan Cherry (Travis); his great grandchildren, Lily, Macy Miller, Adam Detwiler, GiGi, Gabbi Cherry, Landen Snare, Silas Cherry, Daniel Weaver II and Ben Detwiler; and his sister Mary.
