He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Judith Claar (Wendle) and Donald Lee "Butch" Walter; and his siblings, Gary Walter (Lisa) of Sproul and Julie Noel (Scott) of Altoona. He was also cherished by 10 nieces and nephews.
