He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo C. Kelley and Martha C. Kelley (Ryan); his wife Alyce Joy McCracken; and his sisters, Beverly Kelley and Marlene Dively.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Kelley, Mark A. Kelley (Kathy) and Eileen K. Gearhart (Donald); his granddaughters, Bridget Goodman and Kristy Auman; and his sister Lucinda Weyant. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
