He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Alvin and Nancy Lee Hill Sr. (Orner). He is survived by: his wife Amy L. Hill (Bennett); his daughters, Elizabeth Hill of Tyrone and Nicole Glinski (Mike) of Limerick; his granddaughter Victoria Glinski; his brothers, Ronald Alvin Hill Jr. of Port St and Jeffrey Hill (Camilla) of Ohio; his father-in-law William Paul Bennett (Carla) of Tyrone; and his brother-in-law Charles William Bennett (Michelle) of Tyrone.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
