She is survived by: her parents, John Collins and Betty Collins (Erwin); her son Daniel Benson; and her siblings, Melinda Reed, Billy Collins, Bobbie Cohenour, Sherry Fogal, Matthew Shaffer, Greg Shaffer and Vanessa Rhodes.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to her son Daniel.
