She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Moskel and Phyllis Moskel (Stroup); and her brothers, John and Franklin Moskel. She is survived by: her sons, William III (Kimberly), David and Michael Wiser; her grandchildren, Sam (Buck), Gabby, Chris (Christina), Andrew (Skye), Anthony (Kaycee), Sarah, Devon, Tyler (Taylor) and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Vivian, Ezra, Riley, Raegan, Mason, Porter and Avery; and her sisters, Margaret Batcheler, Patricia Griffith (Gary), Susan Smith (Bill) and Donna Myers (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
