He was predeceased by: his parents, Budd I. and Mary T. Lucas Sr. (Budd); his wife Kathryn S. "Buzz Saw" Schoch; and his brothers, Joseph and Kerry Lucas.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Friday of Long Beach, MS, Robin Lewis (Mike) of Tyrone, Janelle Hurley (Steve) of Milan, TN, Mark of Tyrone, Steve (Tracy) of Tyrone, Michael (Tammy) of Tyrone and David Lucas (Noelle) of Tyrone; his grandchildren, Brittnee, Breea, Shawna, Erin, Randi, Chelsie, Levi, Kalob, Parker, Gabriel and Brandon; and his sister Janice Drake (Slugg).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. (115 W 10th St, Tyrone, PA 16686). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
