She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wesley Dell and Nettie Mae Dell (Parks); her husband Charles R. Bloom; and her sons, Daniel L. and David A. Shinn.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonita K. Kelly (Shinn) of Smithfield Township, Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Heather Hanlon, Brandon, Brenton Kelly, Stephanie, Dustin and Chase Shinn; and her sister Myrtle Sherick of Shirleysburg. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
