She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Verne C. Fortney and Carrie Ross Fortney; her husband Dr. Carl Richard Babe; her children, Debora (George Slater) of Mill Valley, CA and Bruce (Diane) of Warriors Mark; her grandchildren, Larkin, Gray, Cole, Cassidy, Rex Slater, Zoe and Max Babe; and her great grandchild Rhett Kern.
