She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter McKinney Sr. and Lydia Margaret Eberts McKinney; and her brother John Walter "Buster" McKinney Jr.. She is survived by: her spouses, Robert Alfred Knarr and Samuel W. Lewis; and her children, Karen Knarr Morrow (John) of Sinking Valley, Cheri Knarr Banks (Rick) of Bellefonte, Robert Verne Knarr (Linda) of Warriors Mark, Cindy Knarr Emigh (Paul) of Tyrone and Melissa Knarr Russell (Dave) of Warriors Mark.
