He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniels and Helen Daniels (Popek). He is survived by: his wife Linda Capoferri Daniels; his children, Bryan (Jennifer) of Hollidaysburg, Tara Mautone (Anthony) of Millburn, N. J., Matthew (Michelle) of Pittsburgh and Alanna (Matthew) of Duncansville; his grandchildren, Giada, Marcella, Matteo, Marco, Elio and Siena; his pets, Orso Daniels and Bruno Mautone; his brother John Daniels (Bonnie) of Texas; and his brother-in-law Martin Capoferri (Mary) of Volant. He is also survived by one niece, four nephews, and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and one great-great-niece.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Freedom Ride, 1055 Lincoln Ave. Tyrone, PA 16686. Freedom Ride donates all money raised to veterans at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center.
