She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Noll and Beatrice Noll (Mesner); her husband Joseph Robert Westley; her children, Mark Robert Westley, Cathy Stonebraker (Dan) of Bald Eagle and Elizabeth Westley of Annapolis; her sister Marge Miller of Bald Eagle; her grandchildren, Tarynn Westley-Buechele (Tyler), Jedidiah Stonebraker and Thaddeus Westley (Tera); her nephew George Noll; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Madilynn, Aurora, Noah and Llewyn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grane Hospice or Tyrone-Snyder Public Library.
