It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry L. Hopkins (Tyler Hill, Pennsylvania), born in Callicoon, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Hopkins and Betty Hopkins (Rutledge); his son Brett Hopkins (Michelle) of Annandale, VA; his siblings, Donald Hopkins, Patti Hopkins of Scranton, PA, Rosanne Alexander, Charles Alexander of Rileyville, PA, John Hopkins, Linda O'Neil of Windsor, NY, Mark Hopkins, Carol Hopkins of Rileyville, PA, Nancy Hart and Ed Hart of Honesdale, PA; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Naomi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
