We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2018, at the age of 41, April Colleen Cobaugh (Twin Rocks, Pennsylvania), born in Indiana, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Eugene Peach. She is survived by: her grandmother Catherine Clawson (Rummel); her mother Susan E. Conzo; her stepfather Bruce; her father William Lloyd; her children, Destiny Payne, Myra Bush and LeAndre Bush; and her granddaughter Serenity Payne. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
