He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lowman and Daisy Belle Lowman; and his wife Judy K. Lowman. He is survived by: his son Christopher R. "Chris" Lowman (Leoma) of Eldred; his grandchildren, Kristopher E. Lowman, Elizabeth R. Lowman, Mikayla L. Post and Alex L. Post; and his brother Robert Lowman (Brenda) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
