Frank Skinner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Skinner of Turtlepoint, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2020 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Skinner, Sr. and Catherine A. Swartz Skinner Poweska; his stepfather Alvin Poweska, Sr.; his stepbrother Alvin Poweska, Jr.; and his half-sister Debbie A. Skinner.
He is survived by: his son Josh Ward of Georgia; his siblings, Charles L. Skinner, Jr. (Theresa) of Kane, Carl L. Skinner (Doreen) of Port Allegany, Sarah L. Fiske (Stephen Sr.) of Little Genesee, N. Y. and Paula A. Swartz (Ronald) of Eldred; his stepbrother John A. Poweska of Little Genesee, N. Y.; his friend Kim Ferguson of Savannah, Georgia; and his former wife Angel Champlin Skinner of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
