He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Irene and Allan Bishop. He is survived by: his children, William Bishop, Jr. (Christine), Richard A. Bishop (Dania) and Bobbi Jean Bishop; and his siblings, Gene, Jim and Audrey "Bunny" Bishop. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
