It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan A. O'Connor (Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lusnak and Helen Lusnak; her sisters, Geri Layman and Barbara; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Joan and Robert "Bo".

She is survived by: her husband D. Patrick O'Connor; her children, Kelly O'Connor, Colleen Casey, Patrick O'Connor and Marnie O'Connor; her grandchildren, Abbey and Brennan Casey; her sisters, Mary Ellen Kozak and Cindy Wilson (Gary); and her brothers-in-law, Brian O'Connor (late Lorraine) and Connor. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Susan's name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 333 E. Carson St. #441E, Pgh., PA 15219 -OR- the Epilepsy Assn. of Western PA, 1501 Reedsdale St., Pgh., PA 15233.
