She was predeceased by: her spouse Lee W. Prosser, Jr.; her children, Lee W. and Robert Prosser; and her siblings, Henry, Robert, George, William, Clarence Bell and Thelma Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Armstrong (late David) of Turtle Creek and Ken Prosser (Rose); her grandchildren, Jennifer Gilliland (John), Jamie Petroski (Jeff), Leanne Armstrong, Amy DeVita (Jonas), Jill Prosser, Katie Prosser (Shawn Zetkulic), Rosemary Prosser (TJ Sladky) and Lee W. Prosser IV; and her great grandchildren, Jona, Simon Brown, Siena Petroski, John Gilliland III, Michael and Isabelle DeVita. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
