He was predeceased by: his spouse Joanne L. Fasly (Lewis); and his child Raymond W. Fasly. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Patterson (John) of North Versailles and Tammy Wolfe of North Braddock; his grandchildren, Chris Wick (Tracy) of Plum and Tim Wick (Stephanie) of Turtle Creek; his great grandchildren, Ashton Wick, Morgan Wick, Noah Wick and Brody Wick; and his sibling Lois Mathe (Don).
