It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nellie Margaret Hall of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Hall and Anna Hall; her sisters, Nancy Lutz (James) of Bristol and Debra Starkey (Harold) of Murrysville; and her nieces and nephews, J. P. Lutz, Amanda King, Adam Starkey, Matthew Starkey and Sarah Lassiter. She was also cherished by 9 nieces and nephews.
