She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Freshwater and Ruth Freshwater (Petrosky). She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Chalmers; her children, Jennifer Chisco (Damian), Katelynn Rose Chisco, Damian Robert Chisco and Laila May Chisco; her sister Sandra Lee Headlee (John); and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
