He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Ann Sommers. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Entwistle (Zaremba); his children, David J. Entwistle (Tammy), Kenneth J. Entwistle (Nancy), Kathy S. VanOrd (Andrew) and Tina M. Phillips (David); his grandchildren, Logan Phillips and Lily VanOrd; and his sister Deborah Chermak (Brian). He is also survived by four nephews, and a niece.
