He was predeceased by: his brother Jeremiah Patrick (Jerry); and his parents, Maurice "Sonny" O'Carroll and Mary Bridget O'Carroll (Long). He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Carroll (Collins); his daughters, Kathleen Keller (Tom), Maureen Foss (Jim) of Arizona and Erin LaRusso of Michigan; his grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (Keller), Austin Keller, Alexa Keller, Caitlyn Foss, Connor Foss, Blake LaRusso, Braden LaRusso and Brennan LaRusso; his great grandchild Ryder Johnson; his siblings, Mary Margaret Kearns and Maurice O'Carroll (Mossey) of Florida; and his cousin England.
