Potochnik, Jr.; his grandchildren, Justin Robert O'Shell and Spencer Hornick; and his siblings, Bob Potochnik (Sue), Ed Potochnik (Judy) and Pat Potochnik (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
