She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bellinger and Mildred Bellinger; her husband Richard Matthews; and her children, Margarite and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Matthews (Cindy) of Plum Borough and Kelly Vaiman (Ted) of Boynton Beach, Florida.; her grandchildren, Melissa Bruckner (Brad) and Zachary Matthews (Deanna); and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Justin Bruckner.
Jean loved her cats and dogs, so the family is asking that any donations be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
