It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Lihas of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Athens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Constantine P. Lihas; and her sister Tonia Pistidou. She is survived by: her children, Peter Lihas (Sahar) of Turtle Creek, Catherine Kardas (James) and Joanne Kalabokes (Steven). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
