He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph and Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy R. Basista (Macherosky); his sons, Edmund Jr. of Turtle Creek and Joseph Basista (Renee) of Penn Twp; and his grandchildren, Joey and Dominic Basista. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
