He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Irene Niehl (Arlington); his parents, Albert Joseph and Genevieve Niehl (O'Brien); and his sister Alberta Harrison (Niehl). He is survived by: his children, Donald (Patricia) of Virginia, Michael (Sandy), Sandra Evans (Charles), Genevieve Patalsky, Barbara Bair (Timothy), Diana Burkhardt (George) and Shirley Eiler (David) of South Carolina; his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Gloria Arlington; and his friends, Jim and Marg Dillon. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 6 great-greatgrandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
