He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Alice Campbell (Ray); and his cousin Marjorie Byers. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Campbell; his sister Patricia Asby (Gregory); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Bretcko and David Hamer (Richard Findle).
