It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance M. Miller of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Conklin and Texal Conklin (Kerr); her brother James; and her stepbrother Edward Conklin. She is survived by: her children, Edward L. Miller, Jr., Danette Williams (Todd) and Holly Smith; her grandchildren, Allie Williams, Max Williams, Kaylee Miller, Madison Smith and Ethan Smith; her great grandchildren, Sammy, Aspen and Maisyn; her siblings, Rheita C. Fischer and Douglas Conklin; and her stepsisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Conklin and Debra Freeman.
