He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantine "Connie" and Barbara Knox. He is survived by: his wife Denise L. Knox (Davis); his children, Breianna Henaghan (Sean) of North Versailles, Tyler Knox and Charles "C. J."; his grandchildren, Keaghan and Kinsley Henaghan; and his siblings, Angel Sposito (Tom) of Pittsburgh, Tracy Nagy of Pittsburgh, Tina Michelotti (Alan) of Pittsburgh and Toni Brain (Dennis) of Finleyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are welcome on Friday from 3-7 p. m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home and Crematory Inc; Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave. at James St., Turtle Creek 412-823-9350, where a Funeral Service and Public Safety Service will be held on Friday at 7 p. m. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all visitors to the funeral home are required to wear face masks or coverings. Chuck will be laid to rest privately at Mars Cemetery.
