He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Matteo and Celia Matteo (Talackine); and his siblings, Ernest Matteo and Lucy Martinelli. He is survived by: his wife Virginia G. Matteo (Wilson); his sons, Albert Matteo (Trudy) and David Matteo (Lora); his grandchildren, Joe (Amy), Amber (Pat), Meredith (Mike), Jackie, Christina (Neal), Cathy (Kimbel), Pamela (Ben) and AJ (Dana); his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ella, Emalyn, Olivia, Josie, Noah, Elizabeth, Drew and Emmet; and his siblings, Violet and Joseph.
