He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tucker Smith and Esther Smith (Black); his wife Carol I. Fuller; his children, William J. Smith of Turbotville and Bobbi Jo Smith (Jason Herriman) of Turbotville; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Leah, Natalie, McKenzie Smith, Rennleigh and Jaxon Herriman.
