She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Armstrong and Mary Armstrong (Shoemaker); and her siblings, David W. Armstrong, Jr., Angeline Ranck, Della Mae Noll and Edith Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Fulmer; and her children, Jere Fulmer (Wanda) of Turbotville, Pat Wilver of Turbotville, Carol Frey (David) of New Columbia, Nancy Deitrick (Jim) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jan Meckley (Wayne). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
