Leroy L. Cotner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy L. Cotner of Turbotville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester O. Cotner and Lillie Cotner (Fenstermacher); his stepmother Martha Cotner; and his brother Phillip Cotner. He is survived by: his wife Ruth H. Springer; his children, Deborah R. Cotner-Davis (Randy) of Doylestown, David L. Cotner of Knob Noster and Michael L. Cotner (Beverly) of Turbotville; his grandchildren, Arthur Pursel, Jason Robinson, Autumn Robinson-Davis, Derek Cotner and Matthew Cotner; and his siblings, Esther Payne of Danville and Larry Cotner (Caroline) of Watsontown. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations in his memory be made to his church, Zion Lutheran Church, 39 Paradise Street, Turbotville, Pa 17772.
