He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. Walburn and Mary P. Walburn (Botts); his wife Mary A. Hill; his son Howard L. Walburn Jr.; his son-in-law Roger Herriman; and his siblings, Elmer T. Sr., William R., Robert, Ken, Allen Walburn and Eleanor Kulp.
He is survived by: his children, Rick E. Walburn (Karen) of Dewart, Shirley K. Herriman of Turbotville, Brenda L. Nicholas (Randy) of Turbotville and Tina Meixel (Ken) of Allenwood; and his siblings, Harold Walburn of Montgomery, Eugene Walburn of Muncy and Mary Macciocca of Dewart. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
