He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rovenolt and Myrtle P. Rovenolt (Wareham); his former wife Mary Ellen Moser; his grandson Joseph "Joey" Snyder; his siblings, William Eugene, Wilbur Rovenolt and Emily Weller; his siblings-in-law, Jack Day and Betty Day; and his great-uncle Herman Wareham.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia E. Day; and his children, Herman T. Rovenolt of California, Gregory P. Rovenolt of Washingtonville, Ricky Bartlett of Royersford, Valerie E. Snyder of Danville, Leisa L. Peters (Sam) of Burlington, NC, Gail Lanthorn (Ernest) of Suffolk, VA and Joanne Betz of Danville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
