It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Kramer Jr. (Turbotville, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L., Sr. and Mary Josephine Kramer (Saiers). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kasel-Kramer; his children, Eric B. Kramer (Courtney) of Middleton, Michael B. Kramer of Washington, D. C. and Amelia Kramer of Harrisburg; and his siblings, Joseph Kramer (Denise) of Lock Haven, Karen Herman of Lock Haven and Peggy Hill (Ed) of Chesapeake, VA..
