He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierson Ulmer and Dettiebelle Ulmer (Westbrook); his granddaughter Sara Nicole Ulmer; and his brother Keith Ulmer. He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Yocum; his children, Gerald Joseph Ulmer of Washington, DC and Julie Brewer (Dave Fry) of Elimsport; his stepsons, Charles Kepner of Watsontown, Matthew Kepner of North Carolina and Ronald Kepner (Jennifer) of California; his grandchildren, Matthew, Wayne Jr., Blake, Harris and Katie Brewer; his stepgrandchildren, Hailey and Hayden Kepner; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Emily and Levi Brewer; and his siblings, Roger Ulmer (Crissie) of Colorado, Marline Pepperman (Don) of Montoursville and Karen Harding (Tony) of Williamsport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (207 Broadway St, Turbotville, PA 17772).
